Working at the Minnesota Orchestra Call Center will enable you to work for a meaningful and worthwhile cause calling patrons and donors, while earning valuable work experience (looks amazing on resumes!). The Call Center is responsible for assisting the Minnesota Orchestra with both the telefunding and telemarketing campaigns through selling concert tickets/subscriptions and raising funds for the organization(s).
We are looking for responsible and professional candidates who have excellent communication skills and work well in an individual as well as team setting to accomplish program goals. No previous phone experience required but it is a plus. A desire to excel and learn is important. Previous orchestra/fine arts fundraising knowledge not required but again, must be willing to learn and passionate about making a difference!
The Call Center offers competitive pay at $13.25/hr plus commission and flexible scheduling during afternoon, evening, and weekend hours.
